Ben Richards -
Guitar. I have been playing in the SLC scene for over 12 years. I have played
in such groups as Slapdown, Gold Standard, Quadraphonic, F-Bomb, Lounge
Liberace, and Voodoo Box. I am currently the music director at the Paul Green
School of Rock Sandy Branch and I am loving every minute of that. My influences
range from Al McKay (EWF), Tony Maiden (Rufus), Leo Nocentelli (The Meters),
Simon Bartholomew (Brand New Heavies), Prince, and Jamiroquai to Larry Carlton,
John Scofield and anything Steely Dan. I'm never one to turn down a good curry
and my film tastes range from indie drama and comedy to schlocky b rate horror
and documentaries. |
