The emphasis is on keeping the audience on the dance floor and creating an appropriate mood, whether it's rockin', swingin' or groovin'. Swoon is available for weddings, corporate functions, festivals & clubs. Swoon features some of Salt Lake's finest and most versatile musicians including past or present members of Swingorillas, Purdymouth, Nova Paradiso, Insatiable, Voodoo Box and Soul Survivors. . You will hear styles ranging from Aretha Franklin to Maroon 5, Frank Sinatra to Macy Gray. Swoon features three vocalists, saxophone, trumpet, acoustic and electric guitar, bass, drums and keyboards. The band has performed throughout the Intermountain area, the Utah Arts Festival and was the host band for Olympic sponsor Chevrolet throughout the Utah Winter Olympics.
